The SSCHPL Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the Library. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice.

Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved.
